Shipments going ground (regular shipping) will go via either FedEx ground or USPS via first class or Priority Mail. The shipping method will be determined once your order has been processed. These ground charts are for the Continental United States only. Call or email for other locations.
Shipments via USPS first class service takes 5-10 days for delivery. For shipments going FedEx ground, please check the FedEx Ground Service Map.
Shipping charges for most items will be calculated according to the dollar value of your order. Some items, due to size and weight, have their own shipping charges.
To figure your total shipping charges we calculate the dollar value of all regular items and apply the amount on the chart. Then if any "special shipping items" have been ordered, their shipping charges are added to the chart totals.
The ground shipping chart is for most items on this site. This chart is not for equipment and other special items that go motor freight. You will be notified of actual charges once customer service receives your order and gets a quote from the motor freight line.
We ship in stock items within 24 to 36 hours of receiving your order. Ground shipments will take from 1 to 10 days on most items, depending on your location. Some factory shipped items from certain suppliers may take longer to ship due to supply chain and/or production issues. View shipping updates on factory shipped products.
Finally, please allow for EXTRA TIME during HOLIDAY PERIODS.
FIRST & SECOND DAY SHIPPING (1ST & 2nd Day Air)

Air deliveries are Monday through Friday with no guaranteed delivery time the day of delivery, and transit times do not include the weekends, or the day of pick-up. Expedited shipping is available and the charts are accurate for most items. Air delivery is not guaranteed the week before Christmas. Air delivery is also not guaranteed due to inclement weather, mechanical failures or national disaster and CANNOT BE REFUNDED.
Any items with "special shipping charges noted" or items with "ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY FOR AIR DELIVERY," due to their weight and/or size, will cause the shipping amount to increase. You will be notified of actual expedited charges on your final order confirmation.
Every effort is made to ship expedited orders within 24 hours Monday through Friday. But, if your order positively must go out please call to verify that your needs can be met. EXCLUDING THE OCTOBER TO DECEMBER HOLIDAY SEASON, NEXT DAY AIR and 2ND DAY AIR INTERNET ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 12:00 NOON EST/EDT (MON-FRI) TO RECEIVE SAME DAY SHIPPING ON IN STOCK ITEMS.
Saturday delivery for expedited shipments is available to most locations, but there will an additional charge of $25.00 as well as Next Day Air expedited charge. Saturday delivery orders must be phoned into GMR by 2 p.m. Eastern time to verify Saturday delivery and shipping charges. You cannot place a Saturday delivery order on our website. Air deliveries are Monday through Friday.
Expedited shipments to a business will need a signature for delivery. Delivery to a home address does not require a signature.
If you would like a signature, please inform GMR by phone or e-mail immediately as there is an additional $3 for this service, and it must be noted on the order. If not, the order will be shipped to the residence without a signature requirement.
