*Measure from base of the palm to the base of the middle finger. Following these size charts does not guarantee a perfect fit as there are dimensions to the hand and several ways to wear grips that cannot be taken into account in a chart. Only gymnasts and coaches can make a proper judgment as to size.

Remember Grips Law
If a grip is going to break,
it will do so the day of a meet!
(or the day before a meet).
Always have a back-up pair of Grips.
CAUTION
To enlarge the finger holes, slide the grip over your fingers and work back and forth. Do not pull on the palm guard finger holes to enlarge. Torn finger holes are not covered under warranty.
Any activity involving motion or height creates the possibility of catastrophic injury, paralysis or even death. Follow the Grip Book instructions enclosed with your order and use your grips under the supervision and advice of your coach at all times. Gymnastics grips are intended for use ONLY by properly trained and qualified participants under supervised conditions. Use without proper supervision, or abuse, could be DANGEROUS and should NOT be undertaken or permitted.
Before using, KNOW YOUR OWN LIMITATIONS and the limitations of the grips.
If in doubt always consult your instructor.
Always inspect for loose fittings, stitching or damage and inspect before each use. Be sure proper matting is in place.
