Also known as Canyon Blocks, Trench Blocks are a set of 8 blocks, each 28"W x 38"L x 40"H. The blocks velcro end to end or top to bottom making an endless array of block set ups. Create 80" blocks under the uneven high bar for spotting or for the bar user to practice reverse hecths, hand changes, pirouetting, Tkatcheva and Yeager drills, back straddles and more. The blocks can can be hooked together end to end to create a 28"W x 16'L x 40"H spotting block along either side balance beam or a pair can be used as p-bar boxes or indivually as spotting blocks.The blocks are high density foam covered with 1.25" Flexcell foam on top and bottom and covered in 18oz. double coated polyester fabric.
