Self Hoist Gymnastics Rings features a competition ring assembly suspended from extra long 1/4" steel aircraft cables, two single pulleys and one double pulley. The ring height is adjusted with a hoist chain and locked in place with a hitch pin and wall bracket. Includes three steel I-Beam clamps. Wall anchors not included. The ring height on this gymnastics apparatus can be adjusted from 4' to the 9' competition height and then pulled up out of reach and locked for security. These are the perfect rings for schools, rec's or YMCA's, as well as gym clubs. Self Hoist gymnastics equipment Rings provide low training rings and regular ring height in one assembly. Self Hoist Gymnastics Spring Rings features a competition ring assembly suspended from extra long 1/4" steel aircraft cables with Spring Swivel Assemblies (allows the cables to spin for dislocate and inlocate work), two single pulleys and one double pulley. The ring equipment height is adjusted with a hoist chain and locked in place with a hitch pin and wall bracket. Includes three steel I-Beam clamps. Wall anchors not included. Ring apparatus height can be adjusted from 4' to the 9' competition height and then pulled up out of reach and locked for security. Requires a minimum 25' ceiling height to raise the Spring rings out of reach for security. If the security height feature is not important (gym club use) a minimum 18' celing height is acceptable. These are the perfect rings for schools, rec's or YMCA's, as well as gym clubs. Self Hoist Rings provide low training rings and competition height rings in one assembly.
