The springs used in the Gym-Trix Gymnastics Spring Balance Beam apparatus assist take-offs, allowing for more air time during rebounding skills. Due to this Gymtrix balance beam's unique patented qualities there is no side to side rocking of the top at any point during use. Plus, the top on this balance beam equipment remains completely flat and stable during non-rebounding skills such as turns, dance moves and walking. The hidden power of the springs will only come into play during rebounding skills and/or landings. Also, during landings the springs will give with the force of the landing, creating a softer feel. This cushioning effect will result in less trauma during landings.
