Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges for size, style, color or for a different item will be handled promptly. We know it is difficult to choose sizes for many of our items by Internet or catalogue, so we have made it our mission to have a process that is as simple and quick as possible.
CUSTOMIZED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
Return your item using FED EX, UPS, or via USPS (insured) so that you can track it if it should go astray. Be sure to complete the return and exchange information on the packing slip that was included with your shipment OR include the full name, address and phone number that the order was placed under, along with how you would like us to handle your exchange or return.
TEN.O will pay for the reshipment from GMR for your exchanged grip, apparel or any item shipped with standard shipping charges within the continental United States (items with a specific shipping charge will incur additional reshipment fees).
Returns for credit will also be handled promptly, less shipping/handling charges. We want you to be happy with your purchase and with TEN.O.
Guidelines Please make sure that your return or exchange is in acceptable condition:
- Grips that have been chalked up, or the finger holes have been enlarged or the soft swing inserts have been attached cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Grips that have been used on the equipment cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Soiled apparel, for health reasons, cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please return or exchange your items in a timely manner. In rare instances some items are not returnable, if an extended time has elapsed.
